Many cosmetic clinicians have attended a dermal fillers training course and not attend a dental block course to ensure they have the knowledge to understand the nerves, procedure and deal with any complications.
Some prefer to use a range of dermal fillers that have lignocaine (Juvederm Ultra) to assist with pain management, but this does not offer the level of patient comfort when using a dental block.
